Turnstile Events Sportsman's Dinner 2024

Newtongrange Star Social Club, Newtongrange
19:00 – 00:30

This year’s Turnstile Events Sportsman’s Dinner is hosted by Peter Martin, Scottish TV sports pundit and broadcaster. Peter has hosted the annual PFA Scotland player of the year awards for more than ten years, and with sharp wit and ability to ad-lib, he’s definitely going to keep you on your toes. Joining Peter this year is the award winning after dinner speaker and former Motherwell winger, John Gahagan. John’s roller coaster comedy and storytelling will have you in stiches. Completing the line-up this year is the outrageous Alan Banks. Alan is very much a rising star on the after dinner circuit and we look forward to a trip down memory lane with plenty of football stories.

You will be served a fantastic three course meal and, of course, no Sportsman’s Dinner would be complete without a giant football card, raffle and auction all in aid of incredible local charity Bright Sparks. We can’t wait to see you all there.
